Our Trauma Responsive training pathway for schools offers practical evidenced based approaches, which meet the needs of trauma impacted and all young people.
We focus on the power of using relationship with intent and meaning to compliment practices already in place across schools.
We offer Training, Coaching and Supervision across the UK, to support you in driving forward a trauma responsive culture.
We can also offer specialist DSL Supervision within the North East, Yorkshire and Humber.
Trauma Responsive Training For Schools, College and Alternative Providers
We are passionate about trauma responsive care. We provide a clear training pathway for schools seeking to develop trauma responsive cultures. Alongside training, we can offer leadership coaching to help you embed and drive forward Trauma Responsive practice in your school.
We offer a staged pathway from trauma informed practice to trauma responsive practice, through two Core training modules. These are delivered face to face and take approximately three hours each.
We are developing a range of complimentary modules for practitioners who have completed our Core training. These currently include supporting complex behaviour and complex safeguarding, using the principles within the Core training modules.
We can work alongside you to tailor these courses depending on your school's needs and we can either deliver the modules in shorter sessions of 3 hours each or combine two modules to provide a full days training.

Coaching & Supervision
Schools are realising the positive impact of coaching and supervision, in particular for Designated Safeguarding Leads. This specialist role is demanding and requires schools to provide enhanced emotional support and spaces for practice reflection.
Our supervisors have undertaken extensive training in supervision and have years of experience in leading and supervising safeguarding teams.
Working alongside schools, we undertake individual supervision using our Replenish, Reflect, Action model. We support Designated Safeguarding Leads to maintain emotional resilience and to develop analysis, reflection and reflexivity in practice.
We can offer this service across the North East, Yorkshire and Humber.
